“Tranquility” A Charity Tribute Album for Savethechildren

| pixelmixers

We are really proud to present you our 3rd Charity album!
This album was our very first licensed album 100% produced by Pixel Mixers and it is to the full benefit of the SaveTheChildren Charity!

You can listen to it on Spotify, iTunes or you can get it on AppleStore, Amazon etc simply by clicking on this picture:

Or with this link: https://fanlink.tv/TranquilityPM

Pixel Mixers decided to go with relaxing/soothing covers of some of the most beautiful themes in VGM to make Tranquility a wholesome listening experience in support of SaveTheChildren.

Save the Children works hard to help children gain access to quality education and health services, support them in times of great need, and protect them from risks and harm. We work with the government in developing policies, plan and budgets to ensure that children, especially those living in poor communities all around the world, have access to quality basic services and have their rights protected. https://www.savethechildren.org/

Tranquility features 33 tracks from more than 50 musicians, featuring some of the chillest tunes from games like Final Fantasy VIII, Animal Crossing, Xenoblade, Chrono Cross, Wind Waker, Mario Galaxy, Undertale and many more!

And you can directly watch it on Youtube:

Thanks a lot to everyone who made this possible!

Ace Attorney – The Court Sessions [EP]

| pixelmixers

Hey VGM friends, I have the pleasure to introduce you our 1st EP (mini-album)!

EPs goal is to give some love to shorter soundtracks, less known games/series or just OST that we wouldn’t do as a big full album.
And to start we decided to make a tribute to the Ace Attorney Series and especially those 3 games: Phoenix Wright, Trials and Tribulations, Apollo Justice.

You can download our album for free by clicking on this picture =>

The Court SessionsOr directly with this link: http://bit.ly/2pj9g7E

This EP has 9 songs, arrangement and played by 12 musicians from the Pixel Mixers community and lasts a bit more than 25 minutes.

The original musics were composed by:
-Masakazu Sugimori (Phoenix Wright OST)
-Noriyuki Iwadare (Trials and Tribulations OST)
-Toshihiko Horiyama (Apollo Justice OST).

Ace Attorney (or Gyakuten Saiban in the original title) is a series of visual-novel games developed by Capcom. The games feature some investigations phases where you have to collect informations and find clues and then the trial phases where you have to find the contradictions in the testimony of the witnesses and use your logic to show the evidences at the right time.

This EP has a lot of musical variety and is the best representation of the Pixel Mixers Community in a nutshell. On this EP you’ll hear: orchestral music, smooth jazz, piano solo, blues, rock, metal, atmospheric folk or even dance music.

If you need a taste of it before downloading, here is the official trailer:

So what do think about this album? Have you enjoyed it?

Here is a poll I made with all the songs name, let us know which ones are your favourite: http://www.strawpoll.me/12787741
